SHIPPING POLICY

Once an order is placed, items are dispatched within 48 hours. Our key logistics partners, FedEx and DHL, handle shipments from our warehouses located in the United States, the European Union, Asia, and the Middle East.

Shipping Services and Cut-Off Times

  • Ground Shipping (U.S. Only) – Delivery takes 3–7 business days. Orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL, depending on the location (excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska). Cut-off time: 3:00 PM Central Time.
  • FedEx 2-Day (U.S. Only) – Delivery within two business days. Cut-off time: 3:00 PM Central Time.
  • Standard Overnight (U.S. Only) – Delivery within one business day via FedEx Standard Overnight. Cut-off time: 3:00 PM Central Time.
  • Priority Overnight (U.S. Only) – Delivery within one business day via FedEx Priority Overnight, with shipments arriving by 10:30 AM the next business day (timing may vary by location). Cut-off time: 3:00 PM Central Time.
  • International Shipping – All international orders are shipped via FedEx International Economy. Cut-off time: 3:00 PM Central Time.
  • Canada & Puerto Rico – Orders are shipped using FedEx International Economy. Cut-off time: 3:00 PM Central Time.
  • Saturday Delivery (U.S. Only) – Available only for orders placed on Friday via FedEx Saturday Delivery. Cut-off time: 12:00 PM Central Time.
  • Shipping Timelines:
    • Saturday Delivery – If the order is placed on Friday, the shipment will arrive on Saturday.
    • Next-Day AM – Delivery by 10:00 AM the following business day.
    • Next Day – Delivery on the next business day.
    • 2-Day – Delivery within two business days.
    • 3-Day – Delivery within three business days.

Shipping Locations

While we are a Texas-based corporation, our shipping operations are not limited to Texas. We maintain partnerships and warehouse facilities in multiple states to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

Shipping Delays

  • Orders are not dispatched on public holidays or weekends. Guaranteed shipping services only apply to transit time and do not include processing time.
  • Order processing time may cause a delay of up to one business day (in rare cases).
  • We cannot guarantee delivery times for shipments to Canada, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or international locations.
  • The company is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen weather conditions or global events affecting our shipping partners.
  • We do not provide shipping credits for delays caused by FedEx, DHL, or other carrier firms.
